A3 rear wheel bearing replacement queries...

The time has come to replace my n/s rear wheel bearing on my A3. Having read through the ever informative Haynes manual there's no mention of hub nut torque setting and nut size needed for my wrench. Anybody know what they might be?? has anybody come across and step by step guides on previous forums. Thanks for your interest.

The nuts will be a 30mm 12 point, some are 6 point(sided) Torque wise I´d need to check but somewhere around 80Nm sounds right.
