A3 (R8 Head light mod)

hey,

I was bored at the weekend, so i fitted my r8 led strip lights and my euro german number plates, what do you think? i was impressed with how easy it was to fit the lights and how they have a huge afeect on the looks. i will post up some pics of how i did it if anybody is thinking about fitting them and wants to know, what do you think?
Now i have just got to wait and see if father xmas brings me the coilovers i asked my missus for.lol.

Car looks good with the black grill. Any more photos from a distance? And in the day? Dont look that bad. How easy were they to fit?

Never understood why people do this. Looks terrible, especially as you don't have OEM xenons.

I'm personally not a fan, but think that if you added some xenon white sidelight bulbs it would look better



Sorry, off topic, but where did you get your black grills from Slick-A3? Or did you rub down and spray the chrome?

Where did you get the bits from?? easy to fit ??
Is it 2010 or 2011 when we all have to drive with side lights on in the day

yeh i took the grill out, and then had vynal put on it! well i had my friend do it for me,
he does signwritting.

yeh, i am after the xenom bulbs where is the cheapest place to get them from?
do they have to be a specific type to go with the light sensors?
