A3 QUATTRO 5 TO 6 SPEED CONVERSION

In the process of accuiring a 6 speed box ,hoping i can swap with my 5 speed.Apparently the box type codes are the same ,so they share the same casing ,just different internals.Driveshafts i have been told are the same ,also will be having the flywheel,clutch and starter motor from the same source.Just not sure about the cables and shifter ,has anyone got any advise or ideas. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beerchug.gifAndy
