I saw a new A3 in white(well, slightly off-white) yesterday, with BBS alloys and it actually looked very nice. Anyone else seen a white A3? What do you think?

I think I know the colour you mean.
It's like a mother-of-pearl/Ivory colour with a really noticeable pearlescent effect through it ?
Not just 'flat white',in the police car manner ?
Seen it on older Audi's,but not a new one.
Old 80/90 coupe down the road has it.
    Really smart.

Best I can find is a photo of an old coupe that suggests it's 'Polar White',but I'm not so sure.
The coupe I pass really is a levely colour, and it really looks like the sort of pearly/creamy white that you would get on a pearl-faced watch.
Sort of reflects light and goes all colourful ?
    Really,really,smart.

No, It's definately "Off" white, as Bowfer says. It's very pearlescent, just like the old 80 coupe
