A3 Concert system query

Is there anything plug and play for the concert unit that will connect my iPhone to it? Or is it not an option?

My car is 53 reg A3 tdi with concert system (1 cd in the dash)

Lots of interfaces available, this one is one of the cheaper options and seems to include the pass thru adapter that you will need as your A3 is 01+:
