Getting a horrible amount of interferance from my aftermarket HU when the lights/indicators are on. This gradually increases with the revs of the engine. I've read that it's best to change the OE earth for a better location. The 8L being behind the glovebox. Does the same tactic work for the 8P.

Should do, worth attaching an earth lead to the HU chassis and then with the engine running and the HU on try out different locations behind the glovebox to get the best result. No guarantee it'll get rid og it completely so you may need to use a ground loop isolator on the RCA's of the new HU.

    Cheers Andy,

How would i wire a ground loop isolator onto the RCA's? Take a feed of the Autoleads convertor?

Between the HU and the adapter, GLI's normally have RCA in, RCA out
