A3 2011 Chorus -adding rear speakers

I have just taken delivery of an A3 Sportback SE (Company Car) with a Chorus HU.

As this only has front speakers I am looking to add rear speakers.

Is this as simple as fitting speakers and plugging in? or do I need to install an audi amp & sub?
