A3 2008 fit with 17" TT wheels?

Hi,
New to the forum, so hi folks.

Looking to buy 17" Wheels for my 5 door A3 (2008 170bhp) and wondered if Audi TT 17" 8.5J will fit straight on with 225/45 17 tyres?

Thanks, the offset is ET50. So looks like an extra 25.4mm wider either side. I'm hoping that's okay for struts and arches?

Should be ET50 16“ 6.5 with 205/55/16
