a3 2.0TDI (140) - will a 170HP TDI exhaust fit???

Hi

I have recently damaged the back box on my 140hp TDI sportback and now it looks like I may have to get it replaced.

Someone local is breaking a sportback TDI and the exhaust back box is available. However the tail pipes are straight, whereas mine point downwards.

Now I have noticed the difference, the 170hp TDi exhaust looks much better as the tailpipes are chrome and they look more "sporty" than the exhaust on my car.

Could anyone tell me whether it would be a straight swap, or is it wishful thinking?,

The chrome exhaust tips can be added on, I'm fairly sure the rear box will be the same as well but would check with Audi or someone here first

What colour/spec is the sportback he's breaking?

I have the back box from my PD140 that is in very good condition laying in my garage if the 170 TDI exhaust isn`t any good.
