A3 1.8T Suspension change

Hi,

I am after some advice on Suspension for a 2002 A3 1.8T.

When i purchased the car it came with some 15" 5 spoke alloys and since then i have purchased some 17" 6 spoke Audi wheels. These wheels are making the car sit slightly to high and i would like to change out the suspension and bring them down about 1 inch and a half.

What manufacturers would people reccomend? SPAX etc...
What kind of price would i be looking at?
Where is a good place to look ?
Will this effect my warruntee?
any other advice?

this would affect your warranty if you tried to make a claim with something regarding to the suspension.
Do not go for spax, preferable along the lines of bilstein, koni and H&R for manufacturers

NOT spax .. cheap rubbish.

Koni, Bilstein,H&R, KW are the ones to look for.

www.motorsportworld.co.uk are normally pretty good on price.

I've just upgraded my A3 TQ with Koni Coilovers and *wow'; recommended for everyone!
