So, I went to Himley Hall yesterday - one of my favourite reasonably local walking routes. Took some pictures of the wildlife, including this squirrel that was super hungry. He was eating for a solid 45 minutes at least! Greedy little begger.

Anyway, here are my pics. Apart from being underexposed (I think I am the master of underexposure!), I thought they were okay. I'd love to hear the thoughts of others. Be brutal if needs be, just be constructive please. :)

Nothing better then getting out in this weather, makes you feel alive!!

Photography + wildlife.. id behappy to get anything in the frame tbh so don’t worry about underexposure.

    This is my fav..

Tom, those pics are amazing. Im finding it difficult to choose a favourite, i think you have captured them very well. Im sure the others will agree, when they look. They probably all out playing in their cars in the snow yet, lol. Btw, im thinking of running a competition in this section, if i do so, i hope you will enter. Thanks for sharing your images. Might i suggest you visit a zoo as i would like some pictures of a tiger please. :) x

As above, but tbh I think the under exposure adds something. If it bothers you, it's easily adjusted in Lightroom or photoshop

Thanks man! Really appreciate such kind words! :) Thank you.

Thanks Sandra! I will enter competitions, yeah! :D I went to Dudley Zoo last year, but I didn't get any decent shots of their tiger. Maybe this year. ;) > Dudley Zoo and Castle | Tom Cash

Thanks man! This is my kit as of late 2012: Late 2012 Camera Kit Update | Tom Cash

For that shot, I used my telephoto lens - a Canon 55-250mm IS II lens.

    Cheers! :)

Thanks again everyone. It's lovely to get such positive feedback!
