Personally I would put the rings back on with the S4 badge and leave the cut out black, would look unsymmetrical if you put a ring round it.

MRC in Banbury.
I bought the charge cooler off here off someone who had never fitted it to their S5. They assured me that they had spoke to forge and it would also fit the S4...it didn't!! Required some modification to fit and took them 15 hours.

I'll give that a miss then,possibly use the MRC version instead
