Nice job on the car! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beerchug.gif

I really like the 2 arty pictures!!! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
I need to find somewhere like that near me..

I'm yet to use my scratchX and NXT wax, hopefully this weekend. I've been recommended to get some endurance gel for the tyes.
However I have used the NXT Tech protector on the inside trim and the gold class leather clean and conditioner, what great stuff.

Lovely looking car - keep it standard.
I think the current wheels suit the overall look of the car. That colour shows the delicate, well proportioned lines of the car perfectly and I personally think bigger / multi spoke wheels spoil it.
S3s are a different matter because they have flared arches etc
Looks like you have found a mint one there and would personally enjoy and preserve it as such.

    Just my 2p!

Personally, i think the standard wheels are just plain horrible. The A4 1.8T standard 16's were actually wuite nice wheels which i think they should have used on the A3 too...but they could have been bigger!

Get some 17's or 18's on there and will improve the look ten fold.

On a black or silver car maybe but not in this case - just look at the photographs subjectively and you will see howe proportioned the whole car is. Big whheels sometime are too in your face and that is all that you see (not saying anything wrong with big wheels per say though)

    Looking good dude.

So hows your car for flys??

Mine tends to attract them in droves. I've not worked out if its the colour, or the wax I use?? :)

So when you're driving down the road at 100+ mph do you think the flies think "oh look there's a yellow car lets go and fly into the front of it". No you drive through the flies as they congregate around some road-kill etc.
So if Jester and the like never hit a pigeon you would never hit any flies! Unless it's the horses!!! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Yeah I have noticed that flies and wasps like eating the other dead bugs that are stuck to the car.
