9jx20 offset wheel question

Do I potentially could get hold of 9jx20 Kahn RS-V alloys?
The problem is the offset is 28?

Now these obviously would need new tyres as they are currently 245/40 on front and 245/45 rear?

Is this possible to run on an a4 Cab with Sline suspension or what would I need to make happen for these?

Doable but personal preference as to how they look. This guy did a similar spec wheel and looked way better than I thought it would.

Tyreleader.co.uk is your friend. Check it 2 or 3 times a day tho as the prices vary a bit, I found them cheaper in mornings than evenings.
I got 4 20" Falkens for £420 delivered a month or so ago.
