99 s4 calipers on 99 a4 1.8TQ

not worth it, for the same money you could do a Porsche 993 or 996 caliper conversion or an RS4 conversion.

Lots of both on Ebay, get discs from various places cheap.
Porsche 996 brembo reds go for less than £250 on ebay.
get discs from Movit or just buy the RS4 or A8 discs. mix and match your pads depending on the disc caliper combo

i get trade price on bits thanks to job, so shouldnt cost that much, i'm hoping

what is the differnece between A4 and S4?
4 pot?
what size discs?

anyone know the spec of A4 S4 and RS4 front brakes?

there are some RS6 calipers on Ebay, direct bolt on £550

Direct bolt on for S4's but not A4's and thats no a great price.

The Ebay things are brand new 8 pot numbers. sound pretty good when you consider Porsche Brembos 4 pots go for £250-350 for 3nd hand ones, and then you need adapters to fit the radial bolts

What is the difference between the S4 and A4 caliper carrier then?
