Just wondering if the is a common mistake or if it's some thing I should look into a little bit more. The code printed in the service book is 8p1 s39 but the cars a 2007 plate which would make it an 8p2 sorry bout the silly questions
So the entire 8p range will have 8p1.
The whole 8p1/8p2/8p3 model designation isn't used by Audi.
It's just a simple system that ASN came up with to easily distinguish between the facelifts.
