8L Ride height 25 inch to wheel arch lowered ?

Wanting to fit new suspension kit , but , trying to work out , what suspension I have on the S3 2003 8L
I suspect the ride height has been lowered , but by how much ?

found this on the web , bit vague

Base/Premium: ~25.5-27.0"
Sport/S-Line: ~24.0-26.0"

from the ground to the top arch of the wheel well
