    Had this fault code:

    Control Module Part Number: 1J0 907 379 E
    Component and/or Version: ABS/EDS 20 IE CAN 0001
    Software Coding: 13504
    Work Shop Code: WSC 06435
    2 Faults Found:
    01276 - ABS Hydraulic Pump (V64)
    16-10 - Signal Outside Specifications – Intermittent

After lots of messing about, found a fairly ropey wiring loom to the ABS controller that was missing a +ve feed! Fixed that, still got the fault - traced the loom all the way back to the fuse box on top of the battery. There are 3 30amp fuse holders but mine only had 2 in. Stuck a new fuse in the empty slot - working ABS again! Looks like the numpty previous owner was having trouble with the ABS, probably intermittantly so pulled the fuse and ignored the dash light! :keule:

Still 3 hours and a fuse is better than the new ABS Pump and/or controller i thought i was gonna have to buy!

What with this and Audi possibly stumping up for the rust repair, this A3 1.8T Sport is starting to look like a bargain. My faith has been restored!
