6000k xenons?

hi all i bought some cheapie 6000k bulbs of ebay and a pair of 9 smd led 6000k side lights bulbs. Took a picture last night and the 6000k dont seem as blueish as some i seen on this forum that are 6000k also my right one seems more yellow then the left. Is it possible the ones of ebay are not actual 6000k more like 5000k?

my 6000k's are also like that, when i switch it on it has an initial blue tinge, also the more blueish to purple the light becomes ie 8000k and up the less light is actually being outputted.
