5 Volt and Ground wire on 96 MAF?

I was wondering if anyone with a technical manual knows whcih wire on the 96 MAF sensor is the ground wire and which one is the 5 volt wire. There are three wires comming out of the sensor, one should be a 12 volt, one a 5 volt, and one a ground wire. Thank you.

This is the only info given in the service manual for the 1.8T, so not sure whether it applies to the MAF you are testing.
