    Has anyone ever used this? 3M Headlight Lens Restoration System - Elite Car Care

    I forgot I'd ordered a kit late one night until it arrived the other day. I think I'll try it out on part of an old headlight, which is even worse than my current ones (I have a pair of RHD lights in my garage) but try not to overdo it. My current lights aren't as bad but there's still a fair amount of pitting.
    Any thoughts? experience? wisdom? humourous comments?

    oh yeah.. Forgot i'd promised those to you james :)
    b5nut - I think I paid a tenner on ebay. Don't think I would have paid a full 30 quid for it though. My concern is the B6 (i don't know if b5 are the same) headlights seem to have faint ridges/lines down the lenses so I don't know if sanding them is OK. any ideas?
