Has anyone ever used this? 3M Headlight Lens Restoration System - Elite Car Care

I forgot I'd ordered a kit late one night until it arrived the other day. I think I'll try it out on part of an old headlight, which is even worse than my current ones (I have a pair of RHD lights in my garage) but try not to overdo it. My current lights aren't as bad but there's still a fair amount of pitting.
Any thoughts? experience? wisdom? humourous comments?

    cheers

If you're going to try it on my lights in your garage please be careful.

oh yeah.. Forgot i'd promised those to you james :)
b5nut - I think I paid a tenner on ebay. Don't think I would have paid a full 30 quid for it though. My concern is the B6 (i don't know if b5 are the same) headlights seem to have faint ridges/lines down the lenses so I don't know if sanding them is OK. any ideas?
cheers for the link by the way.
