3.2 v6...weird squeal on startup...?

Hi
my 8p has a little squeal when turning over just before it starts. I've not had chance to has a little look this evening due to the weather but has anyone else had this before?

Starter,aux belt or pcv in rocker cover block the hole at the back of the rocker cover above the hose stubb.
