Hi guys
Was wondering if anyone out there has one, and can tell me what they're like?
Anyone remapped there's and how does it perform post-remapping, etc etc?
Fuel consumption day to day, etc etc

Also any pics of S-line Avants and Saloons...

TA

Yes - I like them (although the 1.9 and 2.0 litre boys will tell you that theirs are better)

We were discussing it last week in another thread http://www.audi-sport.net/vb/showthread.php?t=42789

I guess it all depends on what you want it for - I don't do much town driving (spending between four and eight hours per day on the motorway.
So to that end, i see around 40 mpg (real figure calculated by actual diesel consumption, and not what DIS says)

I had it remapped in January (by AmD) and am very very pleased.
As they aren't here anymore, I would be inclined to go to APS now.

Test drive an S-Line and an SE, they are both a very different drive, and it's totally down to personal preference.

Either one you choose - fit the RS4 Anti-Roll Bar.
For £70, it's the most noticeable and most cost effective upgrade you can make.

Yeah have the ARB already on my S4...

What '£' and increase did you get from AMD?

So that takes it just above the equivalent Bimmer then, and verging on standard 335d territory. The 335d has a 0-62 of c6.5secs.

If the A4 can perform as well as that, and look much much nicer, got to be a steal !

New shape 3 litre diesel BMW 3 series
231 BHP @ 4000 RPM
369 lb/ft @ 1750 RPM

335 3 litre twin turbo BMW
286 BHP @ 4400 RPM
428 lb/ft @ 1750 RPM

... new 335d touring is £37k though :hubbahubba:
