2door a4 saloon

    got thinking the other day ..when i used to go car shows in my mk2golf vr6 there used to be a bora's converted in to 2 door ..has this ever been done to a saloon ... ever never seen one done yet

    that would be some thing id like to see ;-) would need some cab doors im thinking best you guys get on with it a lol

    wouldn't that stuff up the chassis stiffness if you cut the B-pillars?

    better to get a cab and tin-top it?

    or just take a 4-door and accept the back seats will be pretty inaccessible....

    I'd be more interested in seeing a "ute" / pick-up truck version of an avant.... a guy around the corner from my old house had a BMW E30 touring which had been properly converted (and re-registered!)... he also had an old 2002 engine and some crazy-big carbs on it too.... was quite a piece of work!

    I want to see a 2 door Bora! Anyone got any links? I had a quick google but no luck.

    As above though, putting a hard top on a convertible might be the best way.

    i guess it depends on what look vr6gordy wants as the cab rear end is not the same as the a4 but the car would be the easer one and stronger as you guys say. wouuld like to see the avant pick up too whos going to do that ;-)
