Hi,

After a new TV for the bedroom (about 22") and wodnering what people thought was a good deal?

Not inteding spending lots of cash on it as its only a bedroom TV.

Must have Freeview on it and would like piano black surround.

Have been looking at the Samsungs, are these any good?

Cheers

Try a Samsung from costco.

Cheap as chips, great pictures and free no quibble 3 year warranty.

I know someone who gets all his tellies there, takes them back after 2 years, gets a refund (in full) and buys another! He started on a 15 incher and now has a 40 inch LCD, and it has nto cost him a penny, just used hsi refund cash to buy a bigger tv as the prices come down! !

Hmm cheers what sort of price will they be from cost-co? Haven't got a card thats all and they don't seem to have a decent website.

Cheers

card is £12 a year i think? Worth it, the tvs are cheap.

find someone witha card and go as their guest!

Card is £20+vat for a year membership and 12 for any additional card. ;)

I would personally try looking at Richersounds, they do good deals there, and you can haggle on the price(paying with cash;)), especially with recession kicking in, you can get some cracking deals!

Ebuyer had some very nice LG TFT's with intergrated digital tuners in them at a very good price, nice and slim line too
