ive just fitted VW racing springs to my 2010 S3. Everything went back together OK but when i fixed up the gearbox side and spun the wheel i noticed the driveshaft gator spun with the shaft. Musta popped when getting strut out.
took the shaft out at the gearbox and re-aligned the shaft. Placed it back into the gearbox and did everything up (whole shaft spun with the wheel not just gator) but it fell back out again when i tried to drive the car forward and backwards.
new driveshaft? cv boot popped out at gearbox end and needs re-done? it keeps falling out?
next time ill get garage to do front suspension stuff.
