Thanks for that but it was the actual user manual I was wanting....
Oops ! Let me check. I think ikve got the 2008 one (shouldn't be any different) but I also put the manual that you pull up in the MMI on line somewhere. I have it installed on my PC so I can find stuff and also cut and paste the drawings/diagrams.

I'm coming very late to this thread (sorry for the resuscitation) but I too am interested in these manuals.
Obviously, the drop-box has time-expired, so can anyone provide a link for a valid file?

I now know what my future reading will be, for quite a while!
