2008 front bumper onto 54 plate

thinking of putting a 2008 complete front bumber onto my 54 plate a3 what else do i need to change or is it a straight fit ?

2008 Pre facelift yeah, straight swap but you will also need the bonnet.

2008 Post facelift - Massive can of worms, do a search, its possible but you need to change almost everything and that equals ££££££££

what do you mean pre facelift and postface lift ?
