Ok got a slight wobble on idle. Doesn't do this from cold but it becomes apparent when warm 90 as indicated on temp gauge.

So far I have checked for fault codes but there aern't any.

Flywheel and clutch only just done so it ain't that.

Went to Audi and they suggested I get the injectors cleaned by them which has now been done and a new injector loom fitted but still the wobble persists.

Injectors show a 5% tolerance difference and there are no misfires. In fact it drives perfectly well except that when first taking off when cold there is a slight splutter which doesn't manifest itself again.

Just wondering where next to look for the fault. Engine mounts look ok with no leaks.

Audi said when watching the wobble on idele that they've seen alot worse indicating it must be a common problem. Do I live with this.....is it that common as it seems it bit pants to me.....my father's 2 litre A6 on a 57 plate doesn't do the same.

Any ideas chaps or cures??

To be honest mine does it, doesn't really bother me and I think they all do this to some degree.

Mine does it too. Asked the guy at the Audi specialist when it was in for a MoT and he said its nothing, he said it would be more of a hassle and cost to locate the problem. I live with it.

New fuel filter cured mine for about 1000 miles then it came back again :crying:

Can't say it bothers me that much to be honest, I just learnt to live with it, nice to know its not just mine though.

all my dervs have done it low and high miles

just cured mine ,..was broken wire on fuel line were you would fit a chip ,.. mines now spot on ,..,
