    Hi

I have a s3 2006 and am looking to get a cat back exhaust. what options do i have other than Milltek..

I dont want to sound like im straight out of Halfords/Mc D car park as i need my car for work.

My mrs has a 2008 tts and it sounds much better than mine :( hers is on a standard exhaust

    Any help would be appreciated..

p.s sorry if any of you hang out in car parks reving your engines.. ;)

Value for money a full turbo back would be your best bet. I got mine for £500. it's immaculate. :)

I'd say approx 10-15bhp for full exhaust

    Remap for better gains.

You'll need remap for engine management light as the chances are it'll come on.

200 cell sports cat will less likely come on.

100 cells sports cat will come on, we'll mine did.

    Decat- it will come on.

The car will drive fine with it on though.

So stick exhaust on, buy intake and go stage 2 or by autotech internals and go stage 2+.

    Stage 1 - 300bhp (just a map)

stage 2 - 330bhp (intake and turbo back exhaust)

stage 2+/3 - 360bhp( intake, turbo back exhaust and auto tech fuel pump internals)

there are more, that's another story.
