2003 A3 2.0FSi VAG-COM CODE solutions???

Hi im a new poster as ive been lucky and not had many problems with my Audi since i got it, ive only changed the O2 sensor on bank 1 sensor 2 VAG code 16525.

Ive had codes 16500 and 16502, which i know i need to change the Coolant temp sensor.

Recently Codes 16684 came up along with 16687 & 16688 so i know the engine is misfiring between cylinder 3 & 4 and it is rough at low Rpm!

I have codes 17808 EGR Valve circuit- Electrical Malfunction. Dont know what to do about this one and i have 3 codes which are not listed in my manual

Codes 18322, 17479 and 17480.

Im going to change the Coolant temp sensor to start with but wondered if anyone has had these codes/problems before and knows how to rectify/resolve them

Any help/info would be much appreciated

Also my Engine management light flashes on and off looked at another thread, and coil packs seem to be pointing in the direction of the fault.

Has anyone changed them and is it easy to do?
