    Audi S3 2000

Hello I'm selling my S3 in Goodwood green
    Private S3 plate included
Since I have owned the car, I have replaced lots of parts and carried out some modifications.
I have decided to sell the car, as I'm going back to using an older VW for daily duties (I can't seem to get away from old VW's)

The car has MOT and Tax till April 2012
    The milage is on 123k
The car has full stamped servide history until 105k
The service was carried out at 115k but the book was not stamped.
Since owning the car I have carried out an extensive service, details of which I will list below. And I have kept receipts and documeted any work i have done.

    Engine:

    Standard engine
1.8 20vt APY Engine, runs very well and pulls through the whole rev range.
6sp 02m Gearbox in full working order
    4wd Haldex system.

At around 80k the car was booked in for the cambelt to be changed, before the car was dropped of the cambelt failed (cambelts should be changed 80k or 4 years, so would have been over 4 years)
At this time the car had a fully reconditioned head fitted.
At the same time the bore's where honed and fitted with new piston rings and shells.
Therefore the engine run's very well and quiet.

A list of the components and parts that I have changed/installed or worked on in and around the engine..

Header tank and cap cleaned out
New Coolant and thermostat Correct G12 VAG coolant
    New OEM NJK Spark Plugs
Oil and filter change, Quantum Synta
    Powersteering fluid
    New coolant temp sensor
    New fuel filter
    New cabin filter
Cam cover gasket (this was leaking slightly)
Air re-cric system deleted and forge blanking plate fitted.

I have not replaced the panel filter, As I was going to get an aftermarket item. I will pick up a new air filter over the next few days.

    Interior:

The interior as you can see in the picture's below is very good, there is no wear to the seats and showing no signs of being tired
    Black leather heated electric recaro's
    Climate control with working aircon.
    Cruise control
Full bose setup with hidden amp and sub, and 6disc changer.
I have fitted a Becker ipod headunit, which plugs straight upto the bose setup and works great. Although This will not be included.
The original Bose headunit was damaged during removal, so i will try and source one before the sale.

    Exterior:

The paint as can be seen is in very nice condition - of course the pics do not do justice and the car needs to be seen
    Plate included
    Xenon headlights
    And rear parking sensors

    Chassis
19"x9" Porsche Cayenne wheels with adaptors
225/35 Continental tyre's with great tread, rears virtually new.
Porsche Boxter S 4pot front brake's with EBC red pads and drilled discs.
Refurbed rear calipers with new discs and pads
    New brake fluid
    New front ARB mounts
    New KW front ARB droplinks
New track rods and track rod ends on both sides
    New rear spring platforms
New shorter top mounts and bearings (increase damper travel when low)
    Weitec coiovers
    Adjustable rear Tie arms.

    Outstanding problems

There are some kerb marks on the wheels, although all marks have been touched up to prevent corrosion.
There is a chip in the windscreen, to the lower right of the rear view mirror, It's quite a big round chip but has not cracked (picture below). The windcreen is also missing the rubber finishing trim at the top. I haven't got windscreen cover otherwise I would have had it replaced.
Drivers seat does not go forward for rear access.
Scrape on the lower part of the passenger door (picture below)

Open to very sensible offers around the asking price of £4300, or £3950 without the porsche brakes. And less without the wheels suspension etc.
    Located in Oxfordshire
    Feel free to view anytime
I have a new car so not really interested in a part ex.
Although I would consider mk2 parts in part ex - BBS RS's, 225 20vt engine etc.

    PM me or e-mail oldskoolgolf@hotmail.com

I cleaned the car up and went looking for a good spot for picture's, and ended up getting the car dirty before finding anywhere[IMG]
