    Hi all,
A household car has 2 fault codes of which have been cleared numerous times and keep returning.

The first fault is clearly something to do with the engine fans, but before spending a decent amount on a new set is there antything else that could be the issue (as opposed to failed units)?

With regards to the second fault, I am completely stumpped as the car starts, drives and runs fine (without any obvious issues).

Does anyone have any tips of what these faults are, how to test them or even how I can potentially resolve them?

    Thanks,
    Luke

Cheers for the reply Bez [y]

I did also have a look on the rosstech wiki for the fault codes previously. The odd thing is that the car has no starting issues, no running issues, has never been mapped (as far as im aware) and there is no MIL light either.

The one part that got my attention was:

When Found in Instrument Cluster (J285), check Engine Control Module (ECM/#01) for Fault Codes. This Code may be stored when the Cluster is unable to properly determine the Status of the ECM due to Communication Issues or because the ECM is occupied by other Tasks.
Has anyone else experienced this, or resolved it?
