2.5TDi Engine & Gearbox Mounts

After 155,000 miles, the engine has begun to feel a little "loose" and bouncy.
I noticed this the other day when changing the oil filter, loosening the top of the housing the horizontal movement of the engine seemed a little too much.

I was wondering how difficult the side engine and gearbox mounts are to change - I am planning on doing the front snub mount this weekend, I believe the front needs to be in service mode?

Im sure you can surport the engine from underside and unbolt the mount brackets for the engine mounts,
