2.0tfsi P0011 fault code

I have a 2005 2.0tfsi Quattro which has thrown a fault code of P0011 and illuminated the engine management light. The vehicle has just had a full service and a new cam chain tensioner fitted so I'm a little suspicious that the cam chain tensioner change has triggered this code. The engine runs fine and pulls well and all correct timing tools where used during the change. If anyone has had similar issues or can offer some detailed advice on this code this would be very much appreciated as searching the internet different people have several answers for this code.

I suspect the engine has been timed up incorrectly as I am assuming the code wasn't present before the timing belt change?

Is it possible you can get it scanned a reset and see if it comes straight back ?
