2.0 TDI Quattro Sport best option to lower the car slightly?

I dont want to buy a coilover kit or anything just a change of shocks and springs maybe.

Would S3 suspension fit for example?

My worry was with 5 ppl and and stuff in boot the car would be too soft and low and wheels rubbing in arches etc?

How much of a drop you thinking? If just slight drop I'd recommend the H&R springs
