1st Audi Serivce on S3

Just wondering how much the 1st Service costs on a Audi S3. Its just come up on my dash saying 500miles. Its only 17k.
Does anyone know what the 1st Service entails? and how much of a hole in my pocket it will leave me. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif

shop around i was quoted £240 - £360. That include haldex oil change.

No good Audi dealers (pricewise) round here.

Fontain's round the corner from me in Iver I've heard are OK, personally I went down the
M40 to AMD, on the chaps here recommendations, and was pleased with price and service.

About £340inc VAT for 2nd AVS + Haldex Filter/Oil

chucky if ur in west london and change ur mind about the stamp situ then check out yaash motorsport - they are audi speacialists and do a very thorough job.

im taking mine there wen its up and many i know use them and go back every time!

Dont take this the wrong way,

would have thought any future buyer who needed to see an Audi stamp in the book
over a specialist tuners like AMD would go for a car with all the mods you had.

By the way, be careful, I had my mirrors nicked the other week and curiously a set appeared
on ebay 3 days later from a guy down Feltham way!

i think this has been suggested before (by jojo i think) but all those with the chrome mirrors shud contemplate etching thier reg number on the underside - that way buyers will know they are stolen, and those that are genuwine sellers can write a receipt.

Have stamped the registration into the front and top, with chassis number inside.

Added a steelalloy cable between the mirror housing and door frame knotted at
both ends. Should the feckers come back again, hopefully they will only knock one
off and give up when they realise they cant take them away.

Chucky I'd much prefer to see an AMD stamp in the service book than an Audi one. If your going to sell the car modd'ed then you'll be selling to a niche market anyway, which are more than likely going to be aware of AMD.

There been quite a few good reports of docklands audi - not close I'm afraid,

might be worth checking the dealers forum as i know theres been quite a few reports on dealers in w london

Wimbledon audi seem to get quite a lot of bad feedback, might be worth avoiding.

i spotted a tasty silver s3 in uxbridge near the gelespie estate agents when i had an interview there last week.

Nope is Ming Blue with aluminium mirrors, although my dad still says its black.
It used to be visible to the Uxbridge Rd before I started parking it elsewhere after the theft.

I'm still phoning around I can't believe how much the difference is the highest so far is £460 and the lowest so far is £340. Will let you know how i get on

Now got the same service for £290 inc VAT I can't believe the difference dealerships for the exact same service. I really recommend everyone to shop around from customersevicee Waltonon Audi and CAmberley are great. you can really get ripped off if u don'. thats a saving of £170. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif.
