1998 S4 Avant Airbag light & VAG-COM

    So glad I bought the VAG-Com lead... bl**dy light has come on again - same high resistance! I am gonne seriosly consider soldering, just so I dont have to keep mucking about :unsure:

    Can some one please tell me which plug i need to solder?
    I've got 3 plugs under my seat
    1 is green with a few wires going in
    1 is yellow with 2 wires going in
    1 is brown with 1 wire going in

    airbag connectors are USUALLY yellow on most cars. as it states above it will have two wires on a pre-facelift car, and 3 on a post facelift.

    My car had 2 connectors.
    1 with 2 wires and 1 with 1 wire.
    I would believe the 2 wires are for the Airbag and the 1 wire is for the seatbelt retractor.
