19" Mercedes Alloys, do they fit?

Hello do 19" merc alloys fit on a 2001 b6 a4 with no problems or rubbing? Also can i lower the car without any rubbing using 19" wheels?

they will physically bolt onto the hubs yes, but wether they will fit correctly depends on the offset and width of the rim.

Find these out and post back.

The bolt pattern for Audi and Mercedes is the same, 5x112mm. However the center bore on them is bigger, I believe 76mm. As long as the wheels you are buying have removable centering rings, you can get 57mm (Audi centerbore I think) centering rings for pennies.
