18057 fault

On checking for codes nothing shows.
Alls good with motor,no issues at all.

But when ever i switch main lights on it goes beserk on the dash.
Abs flashing,speedo stops working brake light flashes.

With my little fault reader it finds code 18057 which is...missing drive train or somthing to the abs.
To clear this fault i just turn off and back on. Then its fine?

Only happens with main beam,not side lights,are switched on?

Nothing been done to motor that i can think of.

Faulty headlight switches seem to cause all kinds of problems. One particular fault with them even stops the car form starting unless the lights are switched on!

As mentioned change the the light switch unit.
