18 or 19's new guy needing fustrating answers!

got a 06 2.0 tdi a3 last week my first audi and i love it, but wana choose some wheels and really dont kno between 18's and 19's id prefer 19's but dont want loadsa hassle,
any comments would help

I'm -65mm on KW V2 coils, 19" x 8.5 ET45 Helios with a 215/35/19 tyre, no rubbing with 5 up.

No arch mods at all! Well depends if u wanna run stretch or not dude? 8J or 8.5J is ideal, then u get a bit of handling...
