Ok so since ive owned the a3 there always been a whoosing noise from the left hand side only really notice when windows are down. so i thought it could be a possible boost leak so decided to have a look but all pipes seem fine but i seen this pipe coming from the airbox 
theres definitely air passing when running, is it normal for a sufficient amount of air to be passing through this and making a noise the noise seems to get louder on acceleration.
and when i took of the underpan there was a oil mark and it seems to be coming from here
any idea what part this is, the leak is also very slow as wasn't much on underpan, is the oil coming from the same as the engine oil as dont want something seizing up.
hope someone can point in right direction.
