1 n 2 flashing on dash?

every time i start my car up i get 5-6 flashs of 1 n 2 on my mileage counter. so im just wondering if this is a fault code or a symbol for something else. any replys would be helpful cheers

Due for a service, that's all - 1 n 2 actually means Inspection 2 i.e. 20k mile service if you're on fixed intervals. If it's had a servicxe then you need to get them to reset the service indicator either via VAGCOM if pre 99, or you can reset it yourself if 99 on.

I think if its saying IN2 it needs reset with vagcom.

I'm sure the later cars says something different.
