1.8t Misfire

In the last few months my 2001 1.8tq avant has been misfiring occasionally when at about 70mph in 5th, i've just had it serviced and now it seems to be doing it more frequently throughout the rev range in all gears!

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what it could be? I do not have VAG.COM and so cannot provide any codes, sorry.

The most likely fix is to replace the air mass meter. This is a very old common fault.

Yeah MAF.........and throttle body......................and turbo!!!!!!

Drives great now though!
