Hi guys, I'm a bit new to this but cannot find anything on older posts.
    I have a 1996 A4 1.8T
My turbo and exhaust had gone so just had it in and had a low mileage (2nd hand) KO3 turbo, Forge actuator and jamex cat back stainless exhaust fitted.
The car pulls really well but ....
if you accelerate hard from say about 2k revs in 2nd gear the car heitates and judders before taking off,
I had a bailey DV23 (atmospheric) dump valve on and thought this may be causing the problem, I removed this and went back to the standard plastic re-circ valve, this helped the problem a lot but it was still there, I was told be someone that the standard one was probably shot, so I today bought and fitted a forge 007 re-circ (with yellow spring?) and it has not made it any better????
when I had the turbo etc fitted they checked it on vag-com and there are no fault codes and they say the mass air flow metre is fine (checked for fault codes and checked using live data)

    PLEASE...... can anyone help???

    Thanks guys
