1.8T Coil pack issues

Ive been told the a4 hads the same problems as the 1.8t golfs with coil packs failing..

Does anyone have any links where i can check mine are the revised type etc?

you should be able to check with audi they will have a record of which cars have had the uprated coils fitted. they are ment to change them as part of service schedule i think. so if yours has full history they should have been done.

If you have a 1.8T, then the latest part number you need is 06B 905 115N. This supercedes ALL G,H,J and L coils and basically is THE coil to end all coils issues !!
Look to pay around £20 + vat each, but call customer services as they have a sympathetic ear to call probs !!
