1.8t boost loss after wot, comes back when reatart

Hi, 2nd problem

After a good bit of throttle, car goes into kinda limp, without the light on though, loses all boost. Drives real slow after, until you turn it off and back on and it's fine, until you do it again.

Initially the first time, traction control light illuminated for about 10. Seconds and went out on its own, then the loss of boost occurred

Might be the DV as they are made of plastic

Hey, thanks for the reply. Just put new dv, n75 and maf on. Only had car a week, ran like crap so sorted the common things. Runs blooming great till that fault!

You need to get it read for fault codes, it's going in to limp mode.

Even though the light isn't coming on? I'll get it plugged in when I pay the bill, one thing I forgot to mention,

Turbo is whistling a fair bit more than before, would a leak cause this? Or could the whistle be the alloy dv?

May also have something to do with tha grey plug I can't find a place for, posted a pic of this couple posts down if anyone knows?

There are several codes that don't trigger the EML. 17705 is one, & I wouldn't be surprised if that's what you find.

May have fixed it, subject to test drive. Middle hose on n75 blew off!
