1.8 engine code???

Hi guys I have just bought a 1999 a3 1.8 turbo which is in need of a new engine the car is currently in the garage and i am trying to source an engine ...... Does anyone know what the engine code is for my car.... It's 150 bhp ..... Thanks in advance James

I'd contact TSW - then do some nice 1.8t's

Magic thanks ..... But I still only have green slip and car is locked up in mechanics garage til Monday lol .... Is there a way if determining which code it would be just from model and age etc? Just wanna source an engine over weekend.....
