yea when i try to put the top down with the power it dont work got to put it down manuale going up there is no proplem

Not an expert on these just did a quick Google and this car had similar issues as you. He also resolved the issue by tweaking one of the micro switches on the windscreen. If the car doesn't know the roof is fully up I suppose it doesn't try and lower it.
Try this and if if it works just report back so other people with similar issues may be able to sort theirs out.
