007P - Split R valve - worth the extra £??

Basically looking to upgrade the std valve to either the 007p or the newer split R valve.
I know the difference between the two but just wondered if anyone has upgraded to the split R and was it worth the extra few £?
Just seems to be alot on ebay that have only done a few miles, thought there may be a problem with them?
Used to have the 007P on my old S3 and had no probs at all

Think alot of its personal preference

I hate any atmospheric venting valves, think its a waste of usefull boost pressure in the vac system, so prefer the 007p. Plus even when you set the boost to atmosphere to max (50% I belive?) you dont get the worlds greatest sound

Its all preference tho, I prefer to not sound like an R5 GTT!
